Instructions how to oxidate a mesh :
- Cut a piece of stainless steel mesh
- Decal mesh by burning the entire surface
- Roll up the mesh
- Heat until it turnes to red 3-4 times (without sinking in water)
- Optional moisten the mesh with liquid (PG) and burn portion that will wrap resistance on(due to the formation of acrolein do not ever burn in VG liquid!)
Important:
After warming to red do not touch the rolled mesh by hand. Use gloves or tweezers.
